Chey started out his career as Butcher and quickly made his way to being a Butcher Manager for Progressive Enterprises and managing butcher shops around Auckland, then over time applied his skills and knowledge to the New Zealand Export industry where he has spent the last 15 years bringing the very best meats, seafood and produce New Zealand has to offer to the world.

Karen has a strong background in the New Zealand Building Industry, with a deep connection to our home town of Mangawhai, she is always excited to help people find their way to build their own piece of paradise. Karen also has extensive business knowledge from owning and running her own butcher shops to maintaining all the ins and outs of some of New Zealand's largest companies, she is a true all rounder in all things business.
